SUMMER SPORTS ACTIVITIES

Mountain Bikes

• Half-day, one-day or overnight MTB tours on mountain terrains in the area of Spindleruv Mlyn, a lot of marked MTB tracks of various levels
• "SOFA BIKING" - with a chair-lift up, MTB-downhill on the blue slope - an official track for cross-country races of MTB World- and European Cup, accompanied by our instructor
• BIKE PARK in FREETIME PARK - for ambitious riders, suitable for training and races, transport with a chair-lift

Mountain Hikes

• One day mountain hikes with guides to the ridges of Giant Mountains (Prameny Labe, Snezka)
• Treks with overnight stay in mountain huts
• Possibility of combining with survival program

Canoeing, Rafting

• Ride on polyethylene canoes and kayaks, complete equipment including safety jackets
• Still water - a dam directly in Spindleruv Mlyn, running water - Jizera river, both variants suitable for everybody

Rock Climbing, Rappelling

• Routes of various levels on rocks near Spindleruv Mlyn including attractive rappelling
